Prepping for Paper

We are gearing up for the paper event of the year. The National Stationery Show. Only a paper lover would get as excited as we are over here at Express Yourself! Here's a sneak peek at what some of our favorite paper companies have to offer this year...

And there is still so much more. We've got our floor plan printed and our plan of attack all mapped out. Let's just hope that this year there are no wheelchairs involved (very true and very long story)!

Love this...

If you love paper and books as much as we do, you might be excited to learn of a new scent coming soon. Karl Lagerfeld is developing a fragrance that smells of books. Yes, that classic and sentimental paper scent we don't often smell due to these digital times. Reports are he is a lover of books and has a collection of more than 300,000 tomes! So naturally this perfume will be packaged in, you guessed it, a book. Put away that library card because this is one book you'll need your credit card for.

Waste Not(e)!

We love to do our part to celebrate eco-friendly and earth friendly varities of stationery and inks. This chart outlines one of our favorite paper lines and what they do to waste not when it comes to notes.

Bride Pride

We have worked with a lot of brides. And they are all unique, creative, excited and specific about their wedding. But we have really only worked with one bride that also happens to be one of the most accomplished snowboarders in the entire world. The lovely and delightful Gretchen Bleiler. Working on her entire wedding suite, we were excited to have her wedding program featured in the January 2010 BRIDES magazine, as featured above. And this amazing shot below? We discovered this pic of Gretchen and her wedding invitation by Express Yourself on her Official Facebook Fan Page. Love it!
