Time Capsule Cards: {FREE} Download
As promised from yesterday's post here are the {FREE} downloads for the Year in Review 2011 Card for your family to complete. Also, there are four color schemes for the individual kid cards - {A New Year Questionnaire}. It states January 1, 2012 and it is fine to fill out a couple days late...we just did ours last night! The kid cards have extra room at the bottom of the second page to add a drawing, photo, or trace your kids hand print. They can even sign their name! Our kids had more fun doing this than we even anticipated. We are already (OK...not quite that ready) looking forward to next year's questions (and answers)!
To Print: Click on the links below to download a .pdf file. Use a 5.125" x 7.125" stock and print one-sided (The Year in Review) and two-sided for all the other kid questionnaire cards. This is a perfect size to stash in a photo album or slip into a 5" x 7" envelope for safe keeping.
